Reads like a magazine. Get a Flex/Muscle Mag/Men's Fitness subscription instead.

I have been lifting weights (naturally) for over 10 years and have hit a plateau. I was hoping this book would take me to the next level. However, the book is thin on content and fluffed with pictures of body builders (on roids). The little content there is is common knowledge for any intermediate or advanced fitness buff and can easily be researched online. On the positive side, you will see results if you stick with the program no question about it, but don't expect a dramatic transformation. The gains will be moderate to good at best. Normally, if you are a beginner you will see the most gains with a year or 2 of training and this book will be very helpful. However advanced lifters will gain little from this book. I recommend getting a magazine subscription of any of the bodybuilding magazines out there instead of this book.

P.S. there is no way you are going to look like the any of the guys in the book by working out naturally.

The trainings are a little bit light in contents on the other hand dietary level plans are rather done well, I recommend him(it), on the other hand in term of transformation(processing) I do not believe whether it is a good book

This book is a big waste of money and reading time. It provides minimal information and a poor format to follow for a 12 month training program. It's not even a good bird cage liner.
